Who We Are
Lucas Manuel
Managing Partner
Lucas Manuel brings over 20 years of progressive leadership in real estate investment, asset management, and development. Prior to his current role, he was a Partner and Managing Director at a global asset management company, where he led value-add, core-plus, and development strategies across Canada. During his tenure, the firm’s assets under management grew globally from $1 billion to $15 billion. Lucas was formerly a leasing broker with Cushman & Wakefield, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Development from Western University.
Katie Fong
Managing Partner
Katie Fong has over a decade of experience in real estate investment, asset and portfolio management. Prior to her current role, she was Managing Director at a global firm where she led the Canadian Private Real Estate team. Her responsibilities included oversight of a $2.5 billion portfolio comprised of institutional core-plus office & retail and a multi-sector opportunistic platform across Canada, with a specific focus on asset repositioning and placemaking in major projects in Toronto and Calgary. She holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
